Read-only, daily totals, nothing personal.

Geniemix needs to know how much you spent and how much you sold each day. That's all it asks for, and it can't change anything in your accounts.

  • Read-only access

We ask each platform for the narrowest access it offers. We never create, edit or pause anything.

  • Daily totals only

From your store we read order totals, dates, refunds and currency. No names, emails or addresses.

  • Your data stays yours

Every workspace's data is kept apart at the database level, and connection keys are encrypted.

What we ask each platform for

  • Google AdsGoogle only offers one access level for ads data, and it would allow edits. We only run reporting queries for spend, clicks and conversions.
  • MetaAds reading only (ads_read): spend and results for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
  • TikTokThe reporting endpoint only: daily spend and results per campaign.
  • ShopifyOrder reading only (read_orders). From each order: its id, date, total, currency, payment status, test flag and refunds. We add these up by day; no customer fields.
  • StripeRead-only access to payments, added up by day.

How we look after it

  • Encrypted connection keysThe keys that connect your accounts are encrypted before they're stored.
  • Kept apart per workspaceThe database itself checks every read, so one workspace can never see another's data.
  • Hosted on Google CloudThe app and its database run on Google Cloud.
  • Disconnect any timeDisconnect a source and its key is deleted. You choose whether to keep its history or remove its data too.

Who helps us run it

We use a small set of providers, each for one job:

  • Google CloudHosting and the database
  • ClerkSign-in
  • ResendSign-in codes and access emails
  • SentryError reports, so we can fix problems fast
